Passport Renewal for Indian citizens in the UAE
Indian Embassy and Consulate services in the UAE support Indian citizens and applicants with passport renewal or reissue, Police Clearance Certificate (PCC), visa, OCI, attestation and other consular services.
Major update (21 July 2026): the Embassy of India, Abu Dhabi has notified that Indian Consular, Passport, Visa & Attestation services in the UAE are being outsourced to a new provider, Al Hind Tours & Travels LLC, with effect from 22 July 2026. Services will be provided at 16 Indian Consular Application Centres (ICACs) across the UAE.
From 22 July 2026, these services will no longer be available at the Embassy of India, Abu Dhabi or the Consulate General of India, Dubai premises directly — applicants must use an ICAC.
Appointments are booked online at the new official portal, consularsevainuae.com. New appointment slots are released twice daily, at 9:00 am and 9:00 pm. ICACs are open daily from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, and entry is allowed only 15 minutes before the appointment time.
