Indian passport & consular services in the UAE: Al Hind Tours & Travels, 16 ICACs (July 2026)

Alwahaa Group update — Indian consular services now outsourced to Al Hind Tours & Travels LLC across 16 UAE ICACs

The Embassy of India, Abu Dhabi has notified (21 July 2026) that Indian Consular, Passport, Visa & Attestation services in the UAE are being outsourced to a new provider:

Al Hind Tours & Travels LLC — effective 22 July 2026, operating 16 Indian Consular Application Centres (ICACs) across the UAE.

From 22 July 2026, these services will no longer be available directly at the Embassy of India, Abu Dhabi or the Consulate General of India, Dubai premises — applicants must use an ICAC.

What changed?

  • New outsourced provider — Al Hind Tours & Travels LLC takes over Passport, Visa, OCI, Attestation and Consular services from 22 July 2026.
  • 16 ICACs — services move to Indian Consular Application Centres across Abu Dhabi, Dubai and the Northern Emirates (full list below).
  • New booking portal — appointments are booked at consularsevainuae.com. New slots release twice daily, at 9:00 am and 9:00 pm.
  • New service fee — a service charge of AED 19 (inclusive of VAT) applies in addition to Government of India fees.
  • Timing — ICACs are open daily from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Entry is allowed only 15 minutes before the appointment time.

Walk-in services still available for

  • Tatkal Passport applications
  • New-born passport cases
  • Emergency Certificate (EC)
  • Senior citizens (60 years and above)

These categories are handled on a first-come, first-served walk-in basis at all ICACs. Everyone else must book an appointment online.

Fees

In addition to the Government of India fees revised from 1 July 2026 (for example, AED 450 for a fresh or reissued 36-page passport, Tatkal AED 900 — see the full fee table on our Indian passport resource page), the outsourced service provider (Al Hind Tours & Travels LLC) levies a service charge of AED 19, inclusive of VAT. This service charge covers ancillary services such as:

  • Application / form filling
  • Photograph
  • Document typing
  • Photocopy and printing
  • Domestic courier service

  • 22 July 2026 — Services move to 16 ICACs UAE-wide; new portal is consularsevainuae.com; the earlier book.passportindiauae.com portal and direct Embassy/Consulate service are superseded.
